This Industrial PhD project seeks to achieve the following objectives:
- Develop a new version of the GlutenDetect Kit (V.2.0) with greater sensitivity compared to the current version.
- Define the analytical performance and technical specifications of the improved version (V.2.0) of the current GlutenDetect kit, mediate the performance of a retrospective clinical study for internal validation.
- Demonstration of the clinical use of the medium product in an international clinical prospective.
- Strengthen the IP of the company with the methods that will be developed in the project, and will increase the technological leadership of the entity within the sector.
