This Industrial PhD project seeks to achieve the following Objectives:

Develop analytical methodologies that allow the simultaneous determination of mycotoxins, not only those regulated by the EU, but also the emerging, modified and ergot alkaloids, much less controlled, in gluten-free foods, for which the validation of such will be carried out. methods in various matrices, for which to date there are not enough studies on which to apply the relevant regulation in order to avoid the incidence on health.
