Today, 29th March, Coeliac UK charity is holding its annual Research Conference in London. Healthcare professionals from all around the world and researchers working in the field of coeliac disease will meet there. Thus, the city will become the worldwide centre of medical advances in coeliac disease and gluten-free diet for a few days.
