At the beginning of September, the 18th International Symposium on Celiac Disease (ICDS) will take place in Paris on the 5th, 6th and 7th of the same month, being the most important international event of the year on celiac disease.
During these days, the most important international symposium in the field of Celiac Disease will be attended by the most recognized international specialists, who will present the latest advances on this disease.
This year Biomedal will participate in the round table on new markers for celiac disease that is organized on September 7th. Biomedal´s General Director, Angel Cebolla will talk about the detection of gluten fragments in urine and stool as a new tool for the diagnosis and monitoring of Celiac Disease. In addition, results of various studies of Biomedal will be presented, in collaboration with the Virgen del Rocio Hospital and the University of Seville that demonstrate the superior predictive value of the test for the evolution of the state of intestinal damage in celiacs.
On the other hand, Biomedal will present a stand where the colleagues Remedios Domínguez and Alicia Arévalo will give support and information to all those interested in the disease and our products.
